La seva elaboraci\u00f3 \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil i si la feu a casa us en quedar\u00e0 bon\u00edssima. Canya de Llom en un tros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Taronges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem la sal i el pebre negre per tots els costats de la canya de llom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb les taronges fem un suc de taronja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem la ceba a la juliana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una cassola al foc, si pot ser de la mateixa mida que la canya de llom, i hi afegim oli d&#039;oliva. Quan l&#039;oli estigui bullent li posarem el llom que daurarem per tots els costats, a foc r\u00e0pid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan el llom estigui daurat hi afegim la ceba i els alls tallats per la meitat. Ho sofregirem tot i un cop la ceba estigui transparent, hi afegirem el suc de taronja i el julivert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem la cassola i deixarem coure a foc lent, controlant que no li falta suc. Si cal, li anirem afegint aigua bullint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mitja cocci\u00f3, canviarem de cassola, ja que el llom s&#039;encongeix i \u00e9s convenient que la salsa cobreixi el llom. Hi afegirem m\u00e9s aigua bullint i deixarem coure. Donem la volta al llom perqu\u00e8 vagi coent d&#039;una manera uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan el llom estigui tendre, apagarem el foc.
