La meitat del pes de la polpa un cop escorreguda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 barretes de canyella en branca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La pell duna llimona sencera tallada a trossos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brou de la pr\u00f2pia cocci\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Primer tallarem a trossos les ponces i dipositarem en una olla gran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobrirem els trossos amb aigua i posarem al foc deixant bullir durant una hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrem les peces i deixem refredar. El brou resultant, el colarem i reservarem un cop fred a la nevera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop freda la carbassa, procedim a treure-li les llavors i separarem b\u00e9 la polpa que guardarem en un altre recipient suficientment que ens c\u00e0piga a la nevera. Un cop separades les llavors, cobrim amb aigua freda i la deixem a temperatura ambient durant 12 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passades les 12 hores, escorrem la polpa amb un colador esprement b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi el m\u00e9s seca possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Procedim malgrat la polpa, i afegirem el sucre a la quantitat que resulti del pes de la polpa dividit per dos \u00e9s a dir 700 grs. de sucre en cas que la polpa pes\u00e9s 1,400 grs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim una mica de brou del que ten\u00edem reservat a la nevera, tamb\u00e9 la canyella tallada en 4 trossos i la pell de la llimona tallada a trossos. Courem a foc fort durant 10\/15 minuts deixem refredar a temperatura ambient i col\u00b7loquem de nou al frigor\u00edfic durant 24 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repetim l&#039;acci\u00f3 de bullit afegint-hi cada dia una mica del brou que ten\u00edem reservat 10\/15 minuts de cocci\u00f3, refredar i al frigor\u00edfic.
