Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 grs. Llevat de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tamisem la farina, hi afegirem la sal i l&#039;aigua. Reservarem una mica d&#039;aigua per dissoldre el llevat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem b\u00e9 fins que s&#039;integrin tots els ingredients i pastarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la massa s&#039;enlairi de les parets del bol, la traurem i continuarem pastant a la taula de treball.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doblegarem la massa i li donarem un cop damunt la taula. Tornarem a fer aquesta operaci\u00f3 diverses vegades fins a aconseguir una massa ben fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Us donarem la forma de bola i la deixarem reposar tapada durant uns 10\/15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estirem la massa i li afegirem el llevat ben esmicolat i una mica d&#039;aigua perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri el llevat amb m\u00e9s facilitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuarem pastant fins que s&#039;hagi integrat totalment el llevat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per saber si la massa ja est\u00e0 al punt, posarem una mica de farina a la m\u00e0 i agafarem un trosset de massa, l&#039;estirarem amb els dits fent una membrana i no s&#039;ha de<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trencar. Si es trenca, ha de ser amb forats rodons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dividirem la massa en porcions de 100 gr. i les emboliquem en paper film i si no farem pa l&#039;endem\u00e0 les podem congelar i treure del congelador 12 hores abans de<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>utilitzar-les i deixar-les a temperatura ambient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per cada 500 gr. de farina que utilitzarem per fer pa, hi posarem 100 grs. de massa mare, \u00e9s a dir, un 20% de massa mare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Forner de Alella les presenta esta receta de masa madre solida para tener siempre lista una masa madre s\u00f3lida sin tener que alimentarla una vez a la semana.
