De gallina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Jarret de Vedella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ossos de Vedella (genoll)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Os de Pernil petit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Os d&#039;Espinada de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Panceta de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Morro i Orella de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Peu de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Botifarra Negra (Longanissa)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Botifarra Blanca cuita (Longanissa)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Pastanagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Nap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Porro gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Col<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Troncs d&#039;Api<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Patates grans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Cigrons secs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 grs. Pasta de Sopa gran (Galets) (Taurons)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua i Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; PER FER LES MANDONGUIS GRANS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 grs. Carn de Vedella Picada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Carn de Porc Picada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. Pinyons (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pa ratllat, Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem dins d&#039;una xarxa els cigrons. A una altra xarxa posarem les verdures i en una altra xarxa les patates trossejades. Si es fa aix\u00ed, \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil poder-lo retirar de l&#039;olla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una olla molt gran posarem a bullir l&#039;aigua i hi afegirem els cigrons que haurem deixat en remull durant tota la nit, els ossos i totes les carns, excepte les dues botifarres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan torneu a bullir l&#039;aigua amb tots els ingredients anirem escumant el greix que vagi sortint per sobre. Abaixarem el foc i deixarem bullir durant dues hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim la sal i hi posarem les pastanagues, el porro, la ceba, l&#039;api, el nap i la col.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem bullir el brou, afegint-hi m\u00e9s aigua si cal. L&#039;aigua que s&#039;hi afegeixi ha d&#039;estar bullint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem la pasta de les mandonguilles. Posarem en un bol, l&#039;ou, la sal, el pebre, i l&#039;all i el julivert picats. Ho batrem tot, i hi afegirem la carn picada de vedella i porc. Ho aixafarem i barrejarem, afegint-hi els pinyons i el pa ratllat. Acabarem de pastar a m\u00e0 fins aconseguir que quedi tot ben lligat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem 6 boles grans i donarem la forma de croqueta. Les arrebossarem amb farina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passats uns trenta minuts, traurem de l&#039;olla els cigrons i totes les carns a excepci\u00f3 de la gallina que costa m\u00e9s de coure. Retirem tamb\u00e9 les verdures que ja estaran cuites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem al brou, les patates tallades a trossos bastant grans i les mandonguilles. Vigilarem que no li falti brou i si cal afegirem m\u00e9s aigua bullint. Deixarem bullir durant uns 20 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment posarem a l&#039;olla les dues botifarres que pr\u00e8viament hem punxat amb una forquilla perqu\u00e8 no es trenquin i deixarem bullir uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colarem el brou amb molt de compte, i farem una sopa amb la pasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per servir-ho, posarem en una plata les verdures, les patates i els cigrons.
