Unes postres preparades amb una base de Brioche i un ou dur a sobre com a decoraci\u00f3. Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entre 30 i 50 grs Llevat de forner (dep\u00e8n de la temperatura ambient<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de la pell de Taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada sopera Aigua d&#039;Azahar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada sopera de Mel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem aigua en un cass\u00f3 i hi afegim 3 ous i els portem a ebullici\u00f3 durant uns 10 minuts perqu\u00e8 quedin durs. Els refredem amb aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dissolem el llevat de forner a la llet t\u00e8bia i ho passem a un bol. Hi afegim 3 ous, el sucre, la mantega a temperatura ambient, la sal, la ratlladura de taronja, la mel i l&#039;aigua de tarongina. Remenem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;hi integri tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim la farina tamisada i pastem fins que la massa s&#039;enlairi de les parets del bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem la massa i pastem a mans a la taula de treball procurant oxigenar la massa i pastem fins aconseguir una massa suau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica d\u00b4oli d\u00b4oliva en un bol i dipositem la massa. Tapem amb un drap i esperem que doblegui el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 dividim la massa per fer 3 mones, guardant una petita part per fer despr\u00e9s unes tires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donem forma de bola a les 3 porcions i les posem en una safata per anar al forn amb paper de fornejar per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplanem les boles, segons es veu al v\u00eddeo, i posem al centre de cadascuna un ou cuit, enfonsant-ho una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem unes tires fines que posarem a sobre de l&#039;ou. Pintem les mones i els ous amb ou batut i deixem fermentar en un lloc tancat, que no li doni l&#039;aire, fins que dobleguin el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop fermentades tornarem a pintar les mones. En un bol hi posem una mica de sucre amb unes gotetes d&#039;aigua i el sucre quedar\u00e0 una mica granulat. Posarem aquest sucre per sobre de les mones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 25 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn.
