Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Farina de Rebosteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 grs. Llevat Qu\u00edmic en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura pell \u00bd Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la <a title=\"T\u00f2fona per emplenar pastissos\" href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/tofona-per-emplenar-pastissos\/\">T\u00f2fona<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 grs. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>130 grs. Sucre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Cacau pur en pols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer el <a title=\"Almibar per banyar pastissos\" href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/almibar-per-banar-pastissos\/\">Alm\u00edvar<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada gran de Cointreau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per adornar el Past\u00eds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Ou de Xocolata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Granet d&#039;Ametlla torrat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cireres en alm\u00edvar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adorns diversos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3 de la Mona:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Batem els ous, el sucre i la ratlladura de llimona durant uns 8 minuts aproximadament, ha de quedar molt escum\u00f3s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamisem la farina juntament amb el llevat i la integrem a poc a poc al bol on hav\u00edem batut els ous. La barregem amb les mans i en moviments envoltants de baix a dalt perqu\u00e8 quedi la farina ben integrada i no s&#039;abaixi la barreja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untem un motlle de 28 cm. de di\u00e0metre amb mantega i empolvorem una mica de farina perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi la barreja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 25 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn. Fem la prova del escuradents. Deixem refredar totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la t\u00f2fona muntem la nata amb unes varetes i abans d&#039;estar totalment muntada hi afegim el sucre m\u00f2lt i seguim muntant. Afegim el cacau en pols i l&#039;integrem a la nata amb moviments envoltants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desemmotllem el pa de pessic i li donem la volta. El tallem per la meitat i pintem amb l&#039;alm\u00edvar que hem preparat bullint l&#039;aigua amb el sucre i afegint-hi despr\u00e9s ja fora del foc el licor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farcim el pa de pessic amb una bona capa de t\u00f2fona i empolvorem amb el granet d&#039;ametlla. Tapem el pa de pessic i cobrim el past\u00eds per sobre i els costats amb la t\u00f2fona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb la m\u00e0niga pastissera fem unes boletes al voltant del past\u00eds ia sobre hi posem unes cireres per alm\u00edvar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adornarem el past\u00eds amb l&#039;ou de xocolata i amb els adorns que ens agradin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello
