Ha darribar a una temperatura entre 45\/50 graus cent\u00edgrads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separarem del foc i ho hem de deixar refredar fins que ens arribi a 27\/30 graus. Per aix\u00f2, si mireu al meu canal de youtube, josemanefont trobareu un v\u00eddeo de com temperar la xocolata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop aconseguida la temperatura, impregnarem un motlle amb un pinzell procurant omplir b\u00e9 de xocolata totes les vores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar la xocolata del motlle, fins que quedi opac 30 minuts \u00e9s suficient. * A continuaci\u00f3 li donarem una altra capa amb el pinzell, aquesta vegada una mica m\u00e9s gruixuda insisteixo que \u00e9s molt important carregar b\u00e9 la part de dalt del motlle, ja que \u00e9s el cos de l&#039;ou i per on haurem d&#039;unir les dues parts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho deixarem de nou refredar per\u00f2 aquesta vegada posarem el motlle cap per avall perqu\u00e8 es distribueixi b\u00e9 la xocolata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop refredat i vegem que el motlle ens queda una mica m\u00e9s transparent per tota la superf\u00edcie, vol dir que la xocolata ja s&#039;ha separat del motlle. Mai ho desemmotlleu si veieu que encara hi ha alguna part enganxada a ell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aixequem el motlle amb compte, i ja tindrem les dues meitats del nostre ou de Pasqua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una de les dues meitats, pintarem les vores amb un pinzell aquesta vegada m\u00e9s petit, i col\u00b7locarem l&#039;altra meitat de l&#039;ou perqu\u00e8 s&#039;enganxi.
