Bacon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Farina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Formatge ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem la coliflor a ramells i posarem una olla al foc amb aigua per bullir-la. Quan l&#039;aigua estigui bullint hi tirem la sal ia continuaci\u00f3 la coliflor en ramells. Deixarem coure uns 15\/20 minuts, procurant que no es desfaci la coliflor. Un cop bullida l&#039;escorrerem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una paella al foc, hi afegim una mica de mantega i fregim el bac\u00f3. Quan estigui fregit el traurem de la paella i reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la resta de la mantega a la paella i quan s&#039;hagi dissolt afegirem la ceba que pr\u00e8viament hem ratllat. Deixarem coure fins que la ceba estigui transparent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apartarem la paella del foc i hi afegirem la farina remenant perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri a la ceba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit incorporarem la llet a poc a poc i anirem remenant perqu\u00e8 no es formin grumolls. \u00c9s important fer-ho amb el foc apagat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho tornarem a posar al foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la nou moscada, el pebre negre i la sal. Cal remoure cont\u00ednuament perqu\u00e8 lligui b\u00e9 i no s&#039;enganxi la salsa. No ha de quedar gaire espessa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la salsa beixamel estigui llesta li afegim el bac\u00f3 que ten\u00edem reservat procurant que es quedi ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una safata que pugui anar al forn, posem la coliflor escorreguda i tirem a continuaci\u00f3 la salsa que ha de ser for\u00e7a l\u00edquida ja que s&#039;ha d&#039;integrar a la coliflor.
