Posarem els rovells en un bol juntament amb el sucre i batrem fins aconseguir una massa homog\u00e8nia. Afegirem la maizena remenant fins que s&#039;integri totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la llet i la nata. Quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A poc a poc incorporarem la llet als ous batuts, barrejant-ho tot amb un batedor manual.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la barreja a un cass\u00f3 i la courem a foc molt lent i sense deixar de remenar fins que comenci a espessir.
