Prunes Seques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Orellanes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Pinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gla\u00e7\u00f3 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Ron Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem a trossos petits la ceba i el porro. La pastanaga la tallem a discos. Els tom\u00e0quets els pelem i tallem a trossos. Als alls amb la pell els fem un tall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrem la carn per tots els costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una cassola al foc i hi afegim oli d&#039;oliva. Quan l&#039;oli estigui bullent posarem la carn que hem de daurar amb el foc alt, perqu\u00e8 quedi ben segellada. La traurem de la cassola i reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la mateixa cassola hi afegirem la pastanaga, el porro i la ceba. Deixarem daurar una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem els tom\u00e0quets i els alls. Quan les verdures estiguin ben daurades posarem la carn a la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la copeta de rom, la fulla de llorer i la farigola. Remenarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem tamb\u00e9 el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn i aigua bullint per fer la salsa. Ho mourem una mica i taparem la cassola i courem amb el foc baix durant uns 60 minuts aproximadament, fins que la carn en punxar-la notem que est\u00e0 tendra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem els alls i la fulla de llorer i batrem la salsa amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem de nou la salsa a la cassola, incorporarem la carn i posarem a la cassola les orellanes, les prunes i els pinyons i ho deixarem coure tot junt durant uns 8 minuts, amb el foc molt baix. Tastarem de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar la carn fora de la cassola per poder tallar-la a rodanxes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podeu servir el plat amb la vedella freda i la salsa calenta a part, o b\u00e9 escalfar-la de nou amb la salsa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la Vedella Rostida amb Prunes i Orellanes per a una millor
