Farina sense gluten Schar Mix B<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Maizena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada Sopera de Mel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Llevat de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per pintar el Pa de pessic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>25 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Afegim el llevat a la llet t\u00e8bia i la desfem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem a la pastadora la llet amb el llevat, el sucre, la sal, la maizena, la cullerada de mel i els ous. Batrem una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim la farina i pastem una mica. Continuarem batent durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem la mantega tallada a daus petits ia temperatura ambient. Hi afegirem a poc a poc mentre batem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassem durant 5 minuts m\u00e9s i deixarem reposar la massa tapada amb paper film durant una hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la massa a un motlle si pot ser de silicona i amb les mans mullades en una mica d&#039;aigua allisarem la massa fins que quedi ben distribu\u00efda per tots els racons. Acabarem d&#039;allisar amb una esp\u00e0tula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem amb paper film i deixarem fermentar fins que dobli el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 35 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n del forn, cal fer la prova del escuradents i si surt net, ja est\u00e0 cuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desemmotllem i ho deixem en una reixeta perqu\u00e8 es refredi b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans que es refredi pintem per sobre amb un xarop fet al 50% daigua i sucre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Pa de pessic sense Gluten per a una
