Vi Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Romero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picarem la ceba a trossets, el porro en discos, la pastanaga en discos i els alls. Ho reservarem tot junt.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem les galtes pels dos costats. Enfarinarem la carn traient l&#039;exc\u00e9s de farina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem oli en una cassola i quan estigui ben calent daurarem pels dos costats les galtes. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baixarem el foc i ofegarem totes les verdures durant uns 3 o 4 minuts. Tot seguit afegirem el vi i esperarem que evapori l&#039;alcohol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit posarem el llorer, la farigola, el roman\u00ed i el sucre que \u00e9s per treure una mica l&#039;acidesa del vi. Afegirem tamb\u00e9 el brou de carn bullint i incorporarem les galtes. Taparem la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquesta cocci\u00f3 es fa a foc lent, vigilant no hi falti brou i si cal s&#039;hi afegeix brou o una mica d&#039;aigua. A mitja cocci\u00f3 capgirarem les galtes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuinarem durant una hora i mitja o fins que veiem que hi ha les galtes tendres.
