Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. An\u00eds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell d&#039;una llimona ratllada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 gr. An\u00eds en gra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dissoldrem el llevat a la llet calenta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la llet, els ous, la ratlladura de llimona, l&#039;oli, l&#039;an\u00eds, el sucre i l&#039;an\u00eds en gra en una pastadora i hi donarem unes voltes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la farina tamisada i pastarem durant 12 minuts. Tamb\u00e9 es pot amassar a m\u00e0 posant primer la farina a la taula de treball fent un volc\u00e0 i posant al centre tots els ingredients i amassar a m\u00e0 de la manera tradicional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untarem la superf\u00edcie de treball amb oli i dipositarem la massa. Donarem forma de bola a la massa i seguidament la deixarem reposar fins que dobli el volum en un bol untat tamb\u00e9 amb oli. Taparem amb paper film.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treballarem sempre amb oli. Donarem forma de barra a la massa i l&#039;estirarem b\u00e9 per tallar-la en porcions petites.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem unes boletes com si fossin mandonguilles que dipositarem en una safata tamb\u00e9 untada amb oli.
