Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a l&#039;adorn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 gr. Xocolata Fondant 70% Cacau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gr. Xocolata Blanca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Farem un bany maria per fondre la xocolata que hem triturat pr\u00e8viament. Deixarem entebeir la xocolata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separarem les clares i els rovells d&#039;ou. Muntarem les clares amb el pessic de sal a punt de neu amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem els rovells amb la meitat del sucre fins que dobleguin el volum i quedin blanquinosos. Afegirem el licor de whisky i batrem una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem aquesta barreja a la xocolata fosa i barrejarem fins que s&#039;integri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem la xocolata a les clares muntades, amb moviments envoltants fins que quedi ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit muntarem la nata que pr\u00e8viament l&#039;hem deixada al congelador juntament amb el bol, durant uns deu minuts, aix\u00ed es munta la nata amb m\u00e9s facilitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans d&#039;acabar de muntar hi afegirem la resta del sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem la nata a la barreja que ten\u00edem preparada i remourem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la mousse a les copes i les deixarem al frigor\u00edfic durant unes hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem els adorns per a aix\u00f2 farem un bany maria posant aigua al fons del cass\u00f3, \u00e9s important que en bullir l&#039;aigua no toqui el recipient que posarem a sobre, en el qual dipositarem la xocolata negra esmicolada. Quan estigui fosa la xocolata apagarem el foc i deixarem temperar la xocolata, fins arribar als 30\u00ba cent\u00edgrads si \u00e9s possible. Es pot tamb\u00e9 desfer al microones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La xocolata blanca la fondrem al microones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem les dues xocolates en unes m\u00e0nigues pastisseres amb el filtre molt fi i sobre paper vegetal farem unes boletes amb la xocolata negra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre farem una altra boleta m\u00e9s petita amb xocolata blanca i damunt de la xocolata blanca una altra boleta molt m\u00e9s petita de xocolata negra, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un escuradents farem la forma d&#039;estrelles de vuit puntes.
