Tallarem la tija i pelarem tota la part verda (com es veu al v\u00eddeo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol posarem aigua freda, les rodanxes de llimona i el julivert i dipositarem les carxofes, quan estiguin ja pelades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem en un cass\u00f3 aigua i quan bulli tirem la sal i seguidament les carxofes. Les bullirem entre 15 i 20 minuts.
