Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vinagre de Vi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Sal i Pebre negre&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel bany de Sal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 litres d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr. Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En una safata fonda posarem l&#039;aigua i la sal. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 es desfaci la sal. Introduirem l&#039;espatlla i la deixarem en aquesta salmorra durant una hora. Aix\u00ed, la carn ens quedar\u00e0 m\u00e9s tendra i sortiran totes les impureses de la carn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dipositarem l&#039;espatlla en una safata per cuinar-la al forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregeu-ho amb un batedor manual, l&#039;oli, l&#039;aigua i el vinagre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi tirarem per sobre el suc que hem preparat i tamb\u00e9 el pebre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i courem durant una hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem les patates a rodanxes, la ceba a juliana i els caps d&#039;alls els tallarem per la meitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donarem la volta a l&#039;espatlla i incorporarem les patates, la ceba i els alls. Salarem les patates i una mica de pebre i enfornarem durant uns 50 minuts m\u00e9s o fins que estigui dauradeta.
