S\u00f3n deliciosos i molt f\u00e0cils d&#039;elaborar i no necessiten fermentar, per aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n molt r\u00e0pids de fer. Quan la massa tingui l&#039;elasticitat desitjada dividirem en peces de 80 grs. que les bolearem (veure v\u00eddeo) i les deixarem sobre un drap empolvorat que sigui de lli o cot\u00f3 on dipositarem les peces deixant-les reposar durant 10\/15 minuts.
