Per superar aquest obstacle, afegim una mica de farina barrejada amb aigua, aconseguint un resultat excel\u00b7lent. Oli d&#039;Oliva Verge Extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 mica d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les clo\u00efsses les hem posat amb aigua i sal durant 30 minuts. Les escorrerem i les rentarem de nou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella hi posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent introduirem les clo\u00efsses i taparem la paella. A mesura que es vagin obrint les reservarem i guardarem el suc que hagin deixat anar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem els alls a l\u00e0mines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem l&#039;oli en una paella amb els alls i els bitxos. Els confitarem amb el foc molt lent durant uns 6 minuts o fins que comencin a daurar-se. No s&#039;han de torrar ja que amargarien. Reservarem els alls i els bitxos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salarem el llu\u00e7 i el fregirem amb la pell a la part de dalt. Fregirem uns 3 minuts per cada costat. Reservarem. Apagarem el foc i deixarem refredar una mica l&#039;oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigueu tebi i amb el foc molt baix i l&#039;ajuda d&#039;un colador farem moviments circulars per aconseguir el pil pil. Si no es lliga la salsa ho farem dissolent una cullerada sopera al suc dobrir les clo\u00efsses i si falta suc es pot afegir una mica daigua. Quan estigui ben barrejat ho afegirem a l&#039;oli i de mica en mica es lligar\u00e0 la salsa, sempre amb el foc molt baix i movent la salsa amb el colador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el llu\u00e7 i les clo\u00efsses. Remenarem la cassola fent vaiv\u00e9 i posarem el julivert picat per sobre.
