De tant en tant els farem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 es vagin coent per un igual. Han de quedar daurades. Deixarem refredar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Espremrem la mandarina. En un cass\u00f3 posarem la mel, que l&#039;hem escalfat una mica al microones, el sucre, el suc de la mandarina i unes gotes de llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el foc molt baix i sense deixar de remenar amb un batedor, s&#039;anir\u00e0 dissolent el sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan el sucre s&#039;hagi dissolt, pujarem una mica el foc i sempre remenant, sense parar, fins a aconseguir el color del caramel. Ha de quedar torradet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les ametlles de cop i amb una esp\u00e0tula de fusta anirem integrant les ametlles.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem el torr\u00f3 a un motlle que pr\u00e8viament hem pintat amb oli perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi el torr\u00f3 al fons. Ho distribuirem i allisarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar totalment durant 24 hores a temperatura ambient.
