Els farem uns talls transversals i els dipositarem en una safata de forn amb paper d&#039;alumini a sota. Saleu-les i ruixeu-les amb oli d&#039;oliva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem les alberg\u00ednies durant uns 30 minuts. Les deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picarem la ceba i els xampinyons. Trossejarem els xori\u00e7os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop refredades les alberg\u00ednies traurem la polpa, deixant una mica a les parets perqu\u00e8 no es trenquin. Trossejarem la polpa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella i amb un rajol\u00ed d&#039;oli sofregirem la ceba i els xampinyons. Salpebrarem. Ho hem cuinat durant 10 minuts amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el xori\u00e7o trossejat ben petit i cuinarem durant uns quatre minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la polpa de les alberg\u00ednies i ho barrejarem tot perqu\u00e8 s&#039;hi integrin tots els elements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, tirarem la farina i li donarem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 es cogui una mica i despr\u00e9s afegirem la llet i remourem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;uneixi tot el farcit.
