An\u00eds Marie Brizard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada gran d&#039;An\u00eds en gra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol per fregir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre per arrebossar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 gr. Llevat qu\u00edmic Royal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 gr. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A bol posarem els ous i el sucre i els batrem fins que tripliquin el volum i quedin d&#039;un color blanquin\u00f3s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegirem l&#039;an\u00eds en gra, la ratlladura de taronja i llimona, la llet, l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i l&#039;an\u00eds Marie Brizard. Batrem una mica per integrar els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregem el llevat qu\u00edmic amb la farina. Incorporarem la farina tamisada al bol diverses vegades i pastarem amb una esp\u00e0tula de fusta perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integrin tots els elements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop aconseguit una mica de consist\u00e8ncia, pastarem una mica amb les mans. Taparem amb paper film i deixarem reposar durant uns 10 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la massa del bol i estenem una mica d&#039;oli a la taula de treball i continuarem pastant a m\u00e0. De tant en tant ens mullarem les mans amb oli per poder treballar millor la massa. Quan la massa no s&#039;enganxi ja la tindrem a punt.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem una bola i la deixarem reposar tapada durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem oli a la taula de treball i dipositarem la massa que tallarem a 4 trossos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem uns rul\u00b7los estirant b\u00e9 la massa (tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo) i despr\u00e9s tallarem porcions d&#039;uns 30 mil\u00b7ligrams que posarem en una safata gran coberta amb silicona o paper vegetal perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi.
