Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Farina de Blat de moro (Maicena)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de 1 Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canyella a Rama<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre per cremar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem un got de llet en un bol juntament amb la farina de blat de moro i remourem perqu\u00e8 es dissolgui la maizena.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els 8 rovells d&#039;ou i el sucre. Batrem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 es barregin tots els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem a escalfar amb el foc baix i en un cass\u00f3 ample la resta de la llet i hi afegirem les branques de canyella i la pell de la llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan comenci a bullir la llet aturarem el foc i traurem les branques de canyella i la pell de la llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem a la llet la barreja dels ous i el sucre. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 es barregin els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encenem de nou el foc i ho posarem al m\u00ednim. Continuarem batent la barreja sense parar perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi, fins que comenci a bullir de nou i aneu espessint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan bulli apagarem el foc i posarem la crema en recipients individuals de fang o b\u00e9 en una plata.
