Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pal de Canela&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre glas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un cass\u00f3 escalfarem la llet amb el pal de canyella i l&#039;escor\u00e7a de llimona. Quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agafarem un full de paper de coure i el dipositarem en un recipient amb aigua. L&#039;estr\u00e8nyem per treure-li el sobrant d&#039;aigua. D&#039;aquesta manera podrem modelar b\u00e9 el paper dins del motlle rod\u00f3. Amb un paper assecant de cuina, assecarem b\u00e9 el paper de coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintarem el motlle per tota la superf\u00edcie i els costats amb mantega a punt de pomada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem posat un drap de cuina damunt la taula de treball ia sobre hi posarem una l\u00e0mina de pasta tall que la pintarem per tota la superf\u00edcie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doblegarem la pasta tall, i li donarem una forma rodona com una ensa\u00efmada, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo i la dipositarem al centre del motlle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem la mateixa operaci\u00f3 amb totes les altres fulles, que les anirem dipositant dins del motlle al voltant del primer full, com si fos una ensa\u00efmada. Ens ha de cobrir tot el motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 175 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem ara la massa de flam, posant els ous i el sucre en un bol. Batrem amb un batedor manual.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem deixat temperar la llet. La colarem i la integrarem a la barreja dels ous. Remenarem fins que quedi tot integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop s&#039;hagi refredat una mica la pasta tall, tirarem per sobre la barreja de flam i tornarem a enfornar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ara amb la safata a la part inferior del forn i nom\u00e9s amb calor per baix a la mateixa temperatura i enfornarem durant uns 25 minuts, el nostre past\u00eds. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn.
