Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salpebrarem la carn. Posarem una paella al foc amb la mantega i una mica d&#039;oli i quan estigui calent fregirem els filets pels dos costats. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baixarem el foc i ofegarem la ceba durant 5 minuts. Incorporarem el vi dol\u00e7 i quan evapori l&#039;alcohol, afegirem la nata i remourem perqu\u00e8 es barregi tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregarem el formatge roquefort trossejat i remourem fins que s&#039;integri totalment, uns dos minuts de cuinat. Comprovarem de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem els filets i el suc que ha deixat anar la carn i ho courem tot junt uns 3 o 4 minuts.
