Maduixes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 gr. Nata per muntar 75% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 fulles de Gelatina neutra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per a la melmelada de Maduixes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>750 gr. Maduixes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>225 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de \u00bd Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hidratarem les plaques de gelatina durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem les Maduixes a trossets i les triturarem amb una batedora el\u00e8ctrica.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem en un cass\u00f3 la nata, la llet i el sucre. Quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc i afegirem la gelatina pr\u00e8viament escorreguda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem a la barreja, les maduixes triturades. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan hagi refredat una mica farcirem les copes per servir, deixant una mica despai per a la melmelada. Reservarem al frigor\u00edfic durant unes dues o tres hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem la resta de maduixes en quadradets molt petits. Passarem les maduixes a una paella juntament amb el sucre i el rajol\u00ed de suc de llimona. Courem a foc suau durant uns 7 minuts, o fins que vegem que s&#039;espesseix la melmelada. Deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobrirem per sobre la panacotta amb la melmelada de maduixes.
