DIAMETRE:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Base rodona de Pasta Brisa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes grans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 gr. Xampinyons laminats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 gr. Bacon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. Mozzarella ratllada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desenrotllarem la pasta brisa i la passarem al motlle de silicona i amb un ganivet ben esmolat tallarem el sobrant de la massa, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo. Punxarem la base amb una forquilla i la cobrirem amb paper vegetal. Per sobre posarem cigrons secs per evitar que la massa s&#039;infli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 18 minuts. Deixarem que refredi una mica abans de treure els cigrons i el paper vegetal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una mica d&#039;oli fregirem el bac\u00f3 i quan estigui daurat el reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli ofegarem la ceba amb una mica de sal durant uns set minuts. Tot seguit afegirem els xampinyons i cuinarem durant 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el bac\u00f3 i el barrejarem. Cuinarem tot junt uns dos minuts m\u00e9s.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pel farciment de la quiche posarem en un bol els ous, la nata per cuinar, la sal, la nou moscada i la mozzarella i tamb\u00e9 el farcit que hem cuinat. Ho barrejarem fins que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omplirem la quiche i enfornarem amb el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix durant uns 30 minuts. Farem la prova del escuradents i si surt sec ja tindrem cuita la nostra quiche.
