Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pal de Canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de Taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer el caramel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>120 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 gotes de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparem el Caramel posant en un cass\u00f3 el sucre, l&#039;aigua i dues gotes de llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem que es vagi fent el caramel i quan comenci a tenir color mourem el cass\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 es vagi daurant tot igual. No ha de quedar el caramel gaire torrat, ja que en apagar el foc encara cour\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem el caramel als motlles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc i hi afegim l&#039;aigua, el sucre, el pal de canyella i les pells de llimona i taronja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan porti una estoneta bullint, traurem la canyella, la llimona i la taronja i deixarem que vagi espessint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal aconseguir un punt de fil i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s mullant l&#039;esp\u00e0tula a l&#039;alm\u00edvar cauran unes gotetes, quan les \u00faltimes gotes caiguin com un fil, tindrem el punt de fil. Visionar el v\u00eddeo per veure el punt de fil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colarem l&#039;alm\u00edvar i el deixarem temperar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol batrem els rovells amb un batedor manual, per\u00f2 procurant no aixecar el batedor ja que no han d&#039;agafar aire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan l&#039;alm\u00edvar estigui tebi ho anirem incorporant als rovells per\u00f2 molt a poc a poc, i continuarem remenant perqu\u00e8 es vagi barrejant de manera uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omplirem els motlles amb la barreja i els posarem dins un recipient amb aigua calenta per fer un bany maria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i courem nom\u00e9s per la part de baix.
