Un dels millors consells rau en l&#039;elecci\u00f3 de la carn d&#039;alta qualitat i en una bona t\u00e8cnica de picat. Filet de Vedella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba tendra petita<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 gr. Cogombrets a Vinagre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 gr. T\u00e0peres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 gr. Mostassa de Dijon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa Perrins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tabasc al gust<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva verge extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 gemmes d&#039;ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cibulet picat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Amb un ganivet ben esmolat tallarem el filet, primer farem uns talls de filet d&#039;un cent\u00edmetre m\u00e9s o menys, despr\u00e9s tallarem bastonets i seguidament quadradets molt petitons. Ens ha de quedar com es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la carn en un bol juntament amb les t\u00e0peres, els cogombrets i la ceba tendra que haurem picat el m\u00e9s finament que es pugui. Barrejarem amb compte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit afegirem la mostassa i barrejarem. Abocarem la sal i el pebre negre al gust, un rajol\u00ed d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva verge extra, la salsa perrins i el tabasco tot al gust. Dep\u00e8n del picant que us agradi. Ho barrejarem tot i ho taparem amb paper film. Ho guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per servir el nostre steak tartar agafarem un c\u00e8rcol i dipositarem la carn a dins.
