Ho prepararem al forn amb patates i ceba i per sobre hi posarem un refregit d&#039;alls que complementa a la perfecci\u00f3 el sabor del peix. Una recepta ideal per a qualsevol ocasi\u00f3, ja sigui un sopar familiar o un dinar especial amb amics. Rap sense espines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Patates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta Pebre vermell dol\u00e7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Caiena o Guindilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unes gotes de Vinagre&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelarem, rentarem i tallarem a discos de mig cent\u00edmetre les patates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem la ceba a la juliana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu oli d&#039;oliva en una paella gran i fregiu una mica les patates i la ceba. Quan comencin a daurar-se apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho dipositarem en una safata per al forn. Salpebrarem al gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem el peix i el posarem damunt de les patates. Abocarem per sobre una mica de l&#039;oli de fregir les patates i el vi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i enfornarem per una banda i als 10 minuts, o quan estigui una mica cuit li donarem la volta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En total ho hem tingut 20 minuts al forn per\u00f2 ja dep\u00e8n del gust de cadasc\u00fa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laminarem els alls i tallarem el bitxo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella petita hi posarem oli i seguidament els alls i el bitxo. El foc ha de ser molt baix. Quan comencin a daurar-se hi posarem les gotes de vinagre i tot seguit el pebre vermell.
