Avui prepararem una recepta molt f\u00e0cil i r\u00e0pida per fer a casa i que agradar\u00e0 a tots els comensals, tant grans com als m\u00e9s petits de la casa. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picarem amb la picadora el\u00e8ctrica el porro i la ceba. Ha de quedar molt fi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella tirarem la mantega i quan es fongui afegirem la ceba i el porro. Ofegarem amb el foc baix durant uns 7 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem els xampinyons. Salarem i cuinarem durant uns 3 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la nata per cuinar, el pebre i la nou moscada. Remenarem i cuinarem durant dos minuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una altra paella tapada obrirem les clo\u00efsses que pr\u00e8viament hem deixat en aigua i sal durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem les clo\u00efsses i una mica de l&#039;aigua que han deixat anar les clo\u00efsses. Remenarem i courem tot junt durant uns 5 minuts, sempre amb el foc baix. Afegirem abundant julivert picat i apagarem el foc.
