Gambes Congelades sense closca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Tom\u00e0quets Madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 grs. Salsa Beixamel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem els carbassons en sentit longitudinal. Buideu una mica la polpa amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;un ganivet. Reservarem la polpa per al farciment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courem amb aigua bullint i una mica de sal els carbassons durant uns 5 minuts. Els escorrerem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piquem la ceba. Pelem els tom\u00e0quets i els tallem a quadradets petits i la polpa del carbass\u00f3 tamb\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva en una paella i quan l&#039;aeita estigui alenta hi afegim la ceba. La deixarem sofregir fins que estigui transparent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la polpa del carbass\u00f3 i el tom\u00e0quet. Posarem un pessic de sucre per treure l&#039;acidesa al tom\u00e0quet. Deixarem sofregir a foc lent. Afegirem una mica de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem les gambes pelades i hi donarem unes voltes fins que les gambes quedin cuites al vostre gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posem el farcit i ho barregem amb la salsa beixamel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem els carbassons en una safata per anar al forn i els farcim amb la farsa que tenim preparada. Per sobre dels carbassons posarem una mica de formatge ratllat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gratinem els carbassons. \u00c9s millor posar la safata al mig del forn perqu\u00e8 es vagin escalfant els carbassons i alhora es gratinin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo dels Carbassons farcits de Gambes per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2
