Espaguetis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 gr. Llagostins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Brandy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Guindilles o Caienes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelarem els llagostins. Reservarem els cossos i els caps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem oli en una paella i quan estigui calent afegirem les pells i els caps. Aixafarem els caps perqu\u00e8 deixin anar tot el suc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el brandi tenint la precauci\u00f3 de tenir apagat l&#039;extractor de cuina ja que es podria encendre. Flambejarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu-hi una mica d&#039;aigua i cuineu-ho durant cinc minuts. Colarem el brou amb un colador xin\u00e8s, prement b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 deixin anar tot el suc els caps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem l&#039;all posant oli d&#039;oliva en una paella petita i seguidament afegirem els alls tallats a discos i les caienes tallades per la meitat.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan els alls comencin a daurar-se incorporarem els llagostins i en salarem. Els llagostins els fregirem lleugerament. Afegirem el suc dels llagostins i courem durant uns 3 minuts amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una olla al foc amb abundant aigua i quan comenci a bullir tirem la sal i bullirem els espaguetis seguint les indicacions del fabricant de la pasta. Escorrerem la pasta i la incorporarem a la salsa. Cuinarem tot plegat uns dos minuts fins que estigui tot ben integrat.
