Mongetes verdes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. P\u00e8sols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 gr. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 gr. Taquets de Pernil salat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Patata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gla\u00e7\u00f3 brou de Pollastre (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem les mongetes a trossos petits. Tallarem la pastanaga i els alls a discos. Picarem la ceba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol amb aigua freda hi posarem un gla\u00e7\u00f3 de gel i el julivert. Pelarem les carxofes, nom\u00e9s ens ha de quedar el cor, \u00e9s a dir la part blanca. Les tallarem a quatre trossos i les dipositarem dins del bol perqu\u00e8 no es quedin negres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola hi posarem l&#039;oli i quan estigui calent hi posarem els daus de pernil i els alls. Quan comencin a daurar-los els reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abaixarem el foc i afegirem la ceba i la pastanaga. Despr\u00e9s d&#039;un parell de minuts hi afegirem les carxofes i ofegarem durant dos minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem rentat i pelat la patata i la tallarem a quadradets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem les mongetes i la patata. Donarem unes voltes i hi afegirem el llorer, els xampinyons, els p\u00e8sols i el pernil.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem l&#039;aigua per coure i una mica de sal, tenint en compte que el pernil pot ser salat. Abocarem tamb\u00e9 el pebre i si ens agrada li posarem tamb\u00e9 un gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de pollastre. Taparem la cassola i courem tot junt durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament.
