Ara que ja comen\u00e7a la calor ens ve de gust prendre pastissos fresquets que puguem deixar al frigor\u00edfic fins al moment de degustar-los. DIAMETRE x 5 cm. ALT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Base:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 gr. galetes Maria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>140 gr. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 gr. Cacau en pols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Mousse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 ml. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 gr. Iogurt grec Stracciatella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 l\u00e0mines Gelatina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gr. Xocolata per fondre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Cobertura i Decoraci\u00f3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 ml. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr. Xocolata per fondre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 gr. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Xocolata blanca per decorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Triturarem les galetes posant-les dins una bossa de pl\u00e0stic i amb un corr\u00f3 les aixafarem. Les passarem a un bol juntament amb la mantega fosa al microones i el cacau en pols. Remenarem fins que s&#039;integri totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la barreja al motlle desmuntable i aplanarem amb un got fins que quedi ben distribu\u00efda per tot el motlle. Ho guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem uns encenalls amb la xocolata. Ho podem fer amb un pelador de patates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hidratarem la gelatina amb aigua durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La nata i el bol per muntar-la els hem posat al congelador durant uns 10 minuts perqu\u00e8 quedi ben fred. Muntarem la nata i abans d&#039;acabar de muntar afegirem el sucre,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem escalfat molt la llet per desfer b\u00e9 la gelatina que hem escorregut. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem posat els iogurts en un bol i hi afegirem la llet i la gelatina i ho integrarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A poc a poc afegirem aquesta barreja a la nata muntada, procurant fer-ho amb moviments envoltants perqu\u00e8 no baixi la nata. Finalment afegirem els encenalls de xocolata i els barrejarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la nostra barreja al motlle i li donarem uns cops perqu\u00e8 surtin les bombolles. Guardarem el past\u00eds al frigor\u00edfic durant unes 4 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la cobertura de xocolata posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la nata i quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc i afegirem la xocolata trossejada remenant fins que es desfaci totalment. Finalment li posarem la mantega i continuarem remenant fins que estigui totalment integrada.
