Arr\u00f2s Bomba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 litre de Caldo de Pollastre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tom\u00e0quet madur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dents d&#039;all amb pell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dents d&#039;All picades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml. Vinagre de Vi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 got d&#039;aigua&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd culleradeta de caf\u00e8 de Pebre vermell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem oli en una paella i hi afegirem la ceba picada i sal. Remenarem i courem amb el foc molt baix fins que quedi d&#039;un color torrat per\u00f2 sense cremar-se, l&#039;hem cuinat durant uns 25 minuts. Reservarem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem les ales de pollastre. Posarem oli d&#039;oliva a una altra paella i quan estigui calent introduirem les ales i les dents d&#039;all sencers amb pell. Quan estiguin daurades els donarem la volta i afegirem els alls picats. Courem les ales i afegirem el vi i tamb\u00e9 el vinagre, procurant tenir el foc molt baix perqu\u00e8 no esquitxi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan redueixi l&#039;alcohol, afegirem una mica de l&#039;aigua i la farigola i cuinarem amb el foc baix, fins que estigui tou, aproximadament uns 30 minuts. Si cal afegirem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua per coure&#039;l. Traurem el pollastre de la paella i l&#039;oli sobrant juntament amb els alls picats el llen\u00e7arem a la cassola on anem a fer l&#039;arr\u00f2s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem tamb\u00e9 la ceba cuinada juntament amb el suc que hagi deixat anar i el tom\u00e0quet. Sofregirem el tom\u00e0quet durant uns 10 minuts amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem el pebre vermell. Li farem unes voltes procurant que no es cremi. Afegiu-hi el brou de pollastre calent i quan bulli hi tireu l&#039;arr\u00f2s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem perqu\u00e8 l&#039;arr\u00f2s vagi deixant anar el mid\u00f3. Afegirem el pollastre i de tant en tant remourem l&#039;arr\u00f2s.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprovarem de sal i de brou, per afegir-hi si fos necessari. Hem cuinat l&#039;arr\u00f2s mel\u00f3s durant 15 minuts, per\u00f2 dep\u00e8n de cada arr\u00f2s.
