S\u00f3n molt f\u00e0cils de preparar a casa i queden bon\u00edssimes. Farina comuna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva verge extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 ml. An\u00eds dol\u00e7 Marie Brizard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera d&#039;An\u00eds en gra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Canyella en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 gr. Llevat qu\u00edmic tipus Royal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 clara d&#039;Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Granet d&#039;Ametlla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un pessic de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un bol hi posarem l&#039;oli, el sucre, la sal, la canyella, el granet d&#039;an\u00eds, l&#039;aigua i l&#039;an\u00eds dol\u00e7. Remenarem una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el llevat a la farina. Tamisarem la farina i la barrejarem a poc a poc amb els altres ingredients, remenant amb una esp\u00e0tula fins que quedi ben integrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la massa es desprengui de les parets del bol, la traurem i la dipositarem a la taula de treball.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem a m\u00e0 durant uns 5 minuts. Li donarem forma de bola i despr\u00e9s farem un rul\u00b7lo. Taparem amb un drap de cuina i deixarem reposar uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop reposada, la estirarem amb un corr\u00f3, deixant-la molt fina, de mig cent\u00edmetre aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem paper de coure en una safata de forn&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un c\u00e8rcol d&#039;uns 6 cm. de di\u00e0metre farem unes porcions que dipositarem a la safata. Amb el sobrant, pastarem i allisarem igual i farem m\u00e9s galetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintarem les galetes amb ou batut i per sobre hi posarem granet d&#039;ametlla i sucre en gra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i les enfornarem durant 20 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les deixarem refredar totalment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
