P\u00e8sols congelats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 ml. Fumet o Caldo de Peix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem en remull les clo\u00efsses amb aigua i sal durant 30 minuts. Les escorrerem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picarem la ceba. Reservarem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella petita, amb una mica d&#039;oli, hi afegirem les clo\u00efsses. Taparem i quan es vagin obrint les anirem traient de la paella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la mateixa paella, hi afegirem una mica d&#039;oli i sofregirem la ceba durant uns 6 minuts amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el fumet de peix, remenarem i cuinarem durant uns 8 minuts. Afegirem el vi blanc i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol, incorporarem el llobarro pr\u00e8viament salat. La posarem amb la pell per sobre i cuinarem durant 3 minuts. Farem la volta i cuinarem per l&#039;altra banda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem una mica m\u00e9s de brou si cal i afegirem els p\u00e8sols. Comprovarem de sal. Despr\u00e9s de 4 minuts de cocci\u00f3, incorporarem les clo\u00efsses i courem tot junt uns dos minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En sortir del foc posarem el julivert picat per
