Aquests s\u00f3n uns riquis\u00edssims Bunyols de Taronja ideals per a Quaresma, un per\u00edode t\u00edpic en qu\u00e8 ens ve de gust degustar uns bons Bunyols per acompanyar una sobretaula. Avui els cuinarem amb gust de Taronja. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 o 4 Ous tamany L<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>270 ml. Suc de Taronja natural<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 gr. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 gr. Llevat qu\u00edmic tipus Royal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura d&#039;1 Taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml. Aigua d&#039;Azahar (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol per fregir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre en gra per arrebossar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la mantega, el suc de taronja, la ratlladura de taronja, la llet i el sucre. Quan arrenqui el bull afegirem l&#039;aigua del tarongina i apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barrejarem la farina, el llevat i la sal i ho afegirem de cop al cass\u00f3. Remenarem fins que quedi tot integrat i es deixi anar de les parets del cass\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la massa a un altre recipient i esperarem un moment fins que entebeu la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem un ou i l&#039;integrarem a la massa. Anirem afegint els ous fins que vegem que la massa agafa la consist\u00e8ncia de corbata (veure el v\u00eddeo). En total hem posat tres ous. Deixarem reposar durant 30 minuts tapat amb paper film.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fregir els bunyols posarem abundant oli de gira-sol en un recipient fondo, m\u00e9s aviat petit, i amb l&#039;ajuda de dues culleres petites intentarem donar una forma rodona als bunyols i els fregirem quan l&#039;oli estigui ben calent. La temperatura ideal \u00e9s entre 160 \u00ba i 170 \u00ba. Cal posar poca quantitat de bunyols perqu\u00e8 l&#039;oli no es refredi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En treure&#039;ls de la paella els arrebossarem amb sucre en gra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
