Ideal per quan les carxofes estan en plena temporada. \u00c9s un guisat casol\u00e0 que porta a m\u00e9s patates i que ho podeu fer amb els llagostins per a un dia de festa o sense per a un dinar de diari. De tota manera us quedar\u00e0 exquisit. Salsa Romesco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Brou de Verdures (aprox.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem aigua freda i dos gla\u00e7ons de gel en un bol juntament amb julivert que trepitjarem. Aix\u00f2 es fa perqu\u00e8 no quedin negres les carxofes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelar les carxofes i tallar-les, nom\u00e9s deixarem el cor. De cada carxofa farem uns 4 trossos que dipositarem al bol de l&#039;aigua freda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelar les patates, rentar-les i espetar-les en trossos petits. Chascar \u00e9s enfonsar el ganivet a les patates i estirar tallant. \u00c9s perqu\u00e8 la patata deixi anar el mid\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent hi tirem les carxofes que pr\u00e8viament hem escorregut i assecat perqu\u00e8 no esquitxin en fregir-les. Fregirem durant uns dos minuts ia continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem les patates i les fregirem uns 2 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem la salsa romesco i remourem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri. Afegiu-hi el vi i quan evaporeu l&#039;alcohol hi tireu el brou de verdures que ha de cobrir les carxofes. Taparem la cassola i courem durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els llagostins i els cuinarem un parell de minuts per banda, al gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si cal afegirem m\u00e9s brou i comprovarem de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment posarem l&#039;all i el julivert picats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo de Carxofes
