Preparar aquests croissants a casa \u00e9s una excel\u00b7lent manera de gaudir del seu sabor i l&#039;olor aut\u00e8ntica i delici\u00f3s que desprenen els croissants acabats de fer. Farina de Forn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Mantega per al pastat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 grs. Llevat en pols de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Mantega per als plecs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un bol gran la farina tamisada, el sucre, l&#039;aigua, la sal, el llevat i la mantega. Barrejarem una mica i pastarem amb les mans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la massa del bol i pastarem a la taula de treball durant uns tres minuts. Fem una bola i la tornem a posar al bol amb una mica de farina al fons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tapem amb paper film i deixem reposar durant una hora a temperatura ambient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem la massa del bol i la feim una mica per desgasificar-la. Tornem a tapar amb paper film i deixem reposar durant 12 hores a la nevera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem paper de coure a la taula de treball ia sobre hi posem la mantega, per sobre posarem una mica de farina i tapem amb paper de coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un corr\u00f3 aplanarem la mantega fins aconseguir un quadrat de 17 cm. de costat. La mantega ha d&#039;estar sempre ben freda. La guardem a la nevera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica de farina a la taula de treball. Donem la volta a la massa i la dipositem a la taula de treball. Posem per sobre una mica de farina i amb el corr\u00f3 fem un quadrat de 24 cm. per banda. Estirem els cantons del quadrat. Si costa molt estirar, deixem reposar la massa 5 minuts (veure v\u00eddeo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al centre de la massa posem la mantega i tapem la mantega amb els costats de la massa, cal treure amb un raspall la farina que ha quedat a la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop tapada la massa ha de quedar un quadrat. Estirem la massa amb un corr\u00f3 fins aconseguir un rectangle d&#039;un cent\u00edmetre de gruix aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doblegarem la massa per aconseguir tres plecs. Tallarem els sobrants perqu\u00e8 quedin els costats ben rectes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem amb paper film i guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant una hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tornem a posar farina a la taula de treball i estirem de nou la massa. Cal estirar-la per la part m\u00e9s estreta. Fem la mateixa operaci\u00f3, \u00e9s a dir un rectangle i despr\u00e9s tornar a doblegar. Guardem a la nevera una hora m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem ara el darrer plec, seguint els mateixos passos que abans, i guardem al frigor\u00edfic una hora m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estirem la massa fins a aconseguir un rectangle de 50 cm. x 25 cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un cartr\u00f3 prim hem fet un triangle equil\u00e0ter de 9 cm. de base per 25 cm. pels costats. Tallem la massa amb la plantilla, prement fort el ganivet per tallar b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estirem el triangle, allargant la punta i fent un tall al centre de la base. Enrotllem el croissant comen\u00e7ant per la part ampla i donant-li la forma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem una safata de forn amb paper de coure i posem els croissants. Els deixarem fermentar en un lloc tancat durant unes 2 hores i mitja aproximadament. Han de doblegar el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preescalfem el forn a 220 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Pintem els croissants amb ou batut i una mica daigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En entrar al forn baixem la temperatura a 200 \u00ba i els enfornem durant uns 18 minuts aproximadament, fins que vegem que estan
