Brou de Carn aprox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola, Llorer i Romero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>130 ml. Jerez Sec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lligarem amb un cordill alimentari la vedella i salpebrarem per tots els costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola posarem for\u00e7a oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui bullint introduirem la carn que daurarem per tots els costats. Ha de quedar ben segellada. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem tallat les cebes a trossos no gaire grans, els tom\u00e0quets pelats i tallats i la pastanaga a discos. Afegirem les verdures a la cassola i sofregirem amb el foc fort fins que la ceba estigui daurada, aproximadament uns 7 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem la carn i hi tirarem el xer\u00e8s. Quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol hi afegirem la farigola, el llorer, el roman\u00ed i el brou de carn bullint. Taparem la cassola i courem a foc lent. Hem cuinat la carn durant 90 minuts, afegint aigua calenta, quan ha calgut perqu\u00e8 no es qued\u00e9s sense brou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprovarem de sal. Si ens agrada podem triturar la salsa i colar-la, per\u00f2 gaireb\u00e9 no cal ja que queda tot pr\u00e0cticament desfet, i nom\u00e9s es veu la pastanaga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les cebetes i els xampinyons i cuinarem tot junt durant uns 20 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reservarem la carn fins que es refredi totalment i la tallarem al nostre gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem de nou la carn a la
