Macarrons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 gr. Gambes pelades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 gr. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Porro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge Emmental ratllat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Salsa Beixamel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>700 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 gr. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picarem la ceba i el porro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podrem oli d&#039;oliva en una paella fonda i quan estigui calent ofegarem la ceba i el porro amb el foc baix durant uns 2 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els xampinyons trossejats i rentats i tamb\u00e9 la sal. Cuinarem durant uns dos minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem les gambes i el pebre, l&#039;all i el julivert. Ofegarem fins que s&#039;hagi evaporat l&#039;aigua que deixen anar els xampinyons i les gambes, aproximadament uns 7\/8 minuts. Apagarem el foc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la salsa beixamel posarem la mantega en una paella i quan estigui fosa afegirem la farina. Cal cuinar-ho amb el foc molt baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per barrejar-ho b\u00e9 traurem la paella del foc i quan estigui ben integrada la farina afegirem una mica de llet i remourem. Tornarem a posar la paella al foc i mica en mica afegirem la resta de la llet remenant perqu\u00e8 es barregi b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la nou moscada, la sal i el pebre i cuinarem fins que s&#039;espesseixi una mica, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo. Cal remoure sempre perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 barrejarem la salsa beixamel amb els xampinyons i les gambes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courem els macarrons amb abundant aigua bullint i sal. Guardarem una mica d&#039;aigua de la cocci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregem els macarrons amb la salsa i ho escalfarem tot junt. Si la salsa est\u00e0 massa espessa s&#039;hi afegeix una mica de llet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem els macarrons a una safata de forn i per sobre hi posarem el formatge ratllat i els gratinarem fins
