S&#039;acosten les festes nadalenques i aquest any hem decidit preparar uns troncs de Nadal banyats amb xocolata que faran les del\u00edcies als vostres convidats si els elaboreu a casa. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 gr. Llevat en pols Royal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 gr. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 gr. Cacau a Pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 gr. Xocolata fondant 70% Cacau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 gr. Mantega&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per fer el pa de pessic, separarem els rovells de les clares dels ous.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntarem, amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques, les clares amb una mica de sal fins a aconseguir el punt de neu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem en un bol els rovells i el sucre. Batrem amb les varetes fins que quedi ben esponj\u00f3s i d&#039;un color blanquin\u00f3s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De mica en mica i amb moviments envoltants, \u00e9s a dir de baix a dalt, incorporarem les clares als rovells fins que s&#039;integrin totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barrejarem el llevat qu\u00edmic amb la farina i tamisarem. Incorporarem la farina lentament i sempre amb moviments envoltants procurant anar pujant la farina ja que tendeix a quedar a baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preparat una safata de forn amb paper vegetal i fixarem el paper amb unes puntetes de massa perqu\u00e8 no llisqui. Passarem la meitat de la barreja del pa de pessic, procurant arribar a totes les vores de la safata. Ha de quedar una capa for\u00e7a fina i ben allisada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenim el forn preescalfat a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 11 minuts aproximadament. No ha de quedar gaire cuit. Dep\u00e8n del forn. Courem l&#039;altra massa de pa de pessic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem les vores perqu\u00e8 ens quedi alineat. Partirem la massa per la meitat i enlairem el paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem humit un drap de cuina i passarem una de les dues parts del pa de pessic. Enrotllarem la massa amb el drap, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo. Aquesta operaci\u00f3 la fem amb totes les masses tallades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la t\u00f2fona, muntarem la nata amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques. Abans d&#039;acabar de muntar hi afegirem el sucre i continuarem batent. Finalment afegirem el cacau en pols i barrejarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desenrotllarem les quatre masses i amb una esp\u00e0tula posarem el farcit deixant lliure les vores. Enrotllarem de nou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem tres porcions de cada massa. I tallarem un tros petit en diagonal de cada porci\u00f3, per fer la branca del tronquet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem un bany maria per fondre la xocolata i quan estigui fos afegirem la mantega, remenant fins que quedi integrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem posat els tronquets en una reixeta amb una safata de forn a sota i els pintarem amb la xocolata. Abans que es refredi la xocolata, amb una forquilla farem unes ones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguidament mullarem la part petita tallada en diagonal i la posarem a sobre del tronquet. Finalment pintarem els trossets petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop s&#039;hagi assecat la xocolata empolvorarem per sobre amb sucre glas i adornarem amb unes groselles o el que m\u00e9s us
