Elaborats amb budells de vedella, les tripes s\u00f3n una del\u00edcia tant com a tapa per compartir o com a plat principal en un menjar especial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La millor recepta \u00e9s la seva simplicitat a l&#039;hora de preparar-la a casa. Amb ingredients b\u00e0sics i una mica de paci\u00e8ncia, podr\u00e0s gaudir d&#039;uns calls deliciosos que faran les del\u00edcies del teu paladar i el dels teus convidats. Calls de Vedella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran picada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Dents d&#039;All picades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Xori\u00e7o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Pernil Serrano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada sopera de Pebre vermell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Caienes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem la mantega de porc i una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva a una cassola. Quan s&#039;hagi fos la mantega de porc afegirem el xori\u00e7o tallat a discos una mica gruixuts i el pernil tallat a quadradets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop s&#039;hagin sofregit una mica els traurem de la cassola i reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 tirarem a la cassola els alls i la ceba ratllats. Sofregirem amb el foc baix fins que quedi ben escalfat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el pebre vermell i remourem r\u00e0pidament perqu\u00e8 no es cremi el pebre vermell i seguidament afegirem el vi blanc sense deixar de remenar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem les tripes a la cassola i els donarem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 vagin absorbint els sabors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem l&#039;aigua bullint, el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn esmicolat i els bitxos. Remenarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporem el xori\u00e7o i el pernil i posem tamb\u00e9 el julivert picat. Tapem la cassola i deixem coure a foc lent durant uns 30 minuts fins que estiguin ben tendres.
