Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 gr. Mostassa de Dijon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Whisky<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva verge extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cibulet per decorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem el llam\u00e0ntol per la meitat al llarg. Separarem les pinces i les potes del llam\u00e0ntol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donarem uns cops amb una ma\u00e7a a les pinces grans. Separarem el cap i el tronc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem l&#039;intest\u00ed del llam\u00e0ntol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salarem el llam\u00e0ntol amb sal gruixuda i tirarem el pebre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem posat una paellera al foc amb un raig d&#039;oli i quan estigui ben calent hi posarem les pinces i despr\u00e9s el llam\u00e0ntol per la part de la carn. Hi tirarem tamb\u00e9 els sucs que ha deixat anar el llam\u00e0ntol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donarem la volta al llam\u00e0ntol, un cop transcorreguts uns 3 minuts, i cuinarem uns 3 o 4 minuts m\u00e9s per l&#039;altra banda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella petita hi posarem la mantega i un rajol\u00ed d&#039;oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop fosa la mantega afegirem la mostassa i despr\u00e9s el whisky, tenint en compte de tenir apagat l&#039;extractor. Comprovarem de sal i afegirem el pebre. Remenarem i courem la salsa durant uns 5 minuts, vigilant no s&#039;enganxi i quedi una salsa espesseta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donem la volta al llam\u00e0ntol, posant la part de la closca a sota. Untarem el llam\u00e0ntol amb la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i els courem durant uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s.
