Aquesta recepta \u00e9s perfecta per a qualsevol celebraci\u00f3 i especialment adequada per al per\u00edode de Quaresma. Oli d&#039;oliva suau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Dent d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Donarem uns cops a tres grans d&#039;all amb la pell. Pelar les patates i tallar-les a discos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella gran posarem for\u00e7a oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent afegirem els alls, la fulla de llorer i les patates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan les patates estiguin fregides les traurem de la paella i les posarem en una plata que pugui anar al forn. Les salpebrarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfarinem el bacall\u00e0 i el fregirem pels dos costats. No ha de quedar gaire cuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem el bacall\u00e0 a la safata amb la pell per la part de baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la mussolina muntem a punt de neu la clara d&#039;ou amb un pessic de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem un allioli posant en un got batedor l&#039;ou sencer, l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva, una dent d&#039;all pelat i tallat i una mica de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batrem els ingredients posant el batedor a la part de baix del got i sense moure&#039;l anirem batent. Quan vagi espessint mourem el batedor de baix a dalt fins que hagi espessit del tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la maionesa en un bol i hi afegim la clara muntada.
