Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 grs. Sucre (en total)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Farina de Blat de moro (Maicena)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de \u00bd Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre Glas (M\u00f2lid)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un pessic de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tamisem la farina juntament amb la farina de blat de moro. Afegim al bol la ratlladura de la pell de la llimona. Reservem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separem les clares dels rovells dels ous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol posem els rovells i batem a marxa r\u00e0pida. Quan comenci a escumar hi afegim a poc a poc 60 grs. de sucre i continuem batent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit afegim l&#039;aigua tamb\u00e9 a poc a poc i batem fins a aconseguir una barreja blanquinosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntem les clares en un recipient amb una mica de sal. Quan comencin a blanquejar les clares, afegim la resta del sucre tamb\u00e9 a poc a poc i continuem batent fins a aconseguir un punt de neu, m\u00e9s aviat fluix (veure al v\u00eddeo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim dues terceres parts de les clares al bol que ten\u00edem reservats els rovells i ho farem en un parell de vegades. Cal barrejar-lo de forma envoltant, \u00e9s a dir integrant-lo de baix a dalt i procurant que no baixin les clares. Reservarem una part de les clares a punt de neu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop ben integrat, afegirem la barreja de farina i llimona ratllada. Ho farem en tres vegades i tamb\u00e9 de manera envolupant, procurant que la farina es vagi incorporant i no quedi farina per la part de baix del bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui ben incorporada la farina, hi afegirem la resta de les clares i les barrejarem de forma envoltant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la barreja en una m\u00e0niga pastissera amb el cornet llis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preparat una llauna de forn amb unes tires de paper de coure d&#039;uns 12 cm. aproximadament. Hi caben dues tires en una safata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb la m\u00e0niga pastissera fem unes tires d&#039;uns 8 cm. deixant un espai lliure entre cadascuna, ja que els melindros s&#039;inflen dins del forn. Posarem damunt de cada melindre sucre llustre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenim el forn preescalfat a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix, i els deixem coure durant uns 9 minuts.
