Farina normal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5\/7 grs. Llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>140 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An\u00eds Marie Brizard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pinyons <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comen\u00e7arem tamisant la farina i afegirem la sal l&#039;oli i l&#039;aigua reservant-nos una mica ja que \u00e9s preferible a les masses afegir aigua si veiem que ens queda massa compacta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#039;amassarem a m\u00e0, per\u00f2 es pot utilitzar qualsevol pastadora que tingueu amb l&#039;accessori de ganxo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la massa es comen\u00e7a a desprendre de les parets, afegirem el llevat amb una mica d&#039;aigua perqu\u00e8 es dissolgui b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una mica de farina sobre la taula de treball i seguirem pastant a m\u00e0. Mireu el v\u00eddeo i veureu com amassar manualment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passats tres o quatre minuts de pastat, comprovareu que la massa ja no se&#039;ns enganxa a les mans, li donarem una forma de bola i la posarem dins del bol tapada amb un drap durant 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passat aquest temps de rep\u00f2s, comprovareu que la massa ha agafat una altra textura, ja que ja ha comen\u00e7at a fermentar. Seguirem pastant fins a aconseguir una bona elasticitat. Formarem de nou una bola i la deixarem tapada amb un drap fins que dobli el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formarem una barra o barrot (mirar v\u00eddeo) i la dipositarem en una llauna de forn amb paper d&#039;enfornar i la deixarem fermentar en un lloc tancat i que no li doni l&#039;aire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan ha doblegat el volum, hi posarem oli per sobre i l&#039;aplanarem donant-li la forma, i la deixarem fermentar uns 20 minuts.
