Farina de For\u00e7a torrada<\/li><li>100 grs. Ametlla Molida<\/li><li>130 grs. Mantega de Porc<\/li><li>130 grs. Sucre m\u00f2lt (glas)<\/li><li>20 grs. Cacau Pur en pols<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posem la farina de for\u00e7a al forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i la torrarem. Remenem de tant en tant perqu\u00e8 es torri tota la farina de manera uniforme. Ha de quedar una mica daurada. Deixarem refredar.<\/li><li>Posarem en un bol la farina, les ametlles m\u00f2ltes, el cacau pur i el sucre m\u00f2lt. Remenarem fins que estigui tot ben barrejat.<\/li><li>Afegirem el llard de porc i pastarem a m\u00e0 perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integrin tots els ingredients. Agafarem una mica de massa i l&#039;estr\u00e8nyem fortament amb la m\u00e0 perqu\u00e8 vagi deixant anar l&#039;oli de les ametlles i del llard i aix\u00ed tenir una massa compacta.<\/li><li>Amassarem fins que la massa es deixi anar de les parets del bol i no s&#039;enganxi a les mans.<\/li><li>Farem unes boles prement-les perqu\u00e8 tinguin consist\u00e8ncia i despr\u00e9s els donarem la forma que pot ser circular o b\u00e9 d&#039;una croqueta aixafant-les una mica.<\/li><li>Les dipositarem en una llauna de forn amb paper de fornejar i les courem amb el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix durant uns 10 minuts.
