Bacalao desalado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Alcachofas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600 grs. Patatas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cebolla grande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dientes de Ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pimiento Verde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cucharadas soperas Tomate Frito<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vino Blanco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piment\u00f3n Rojo dulce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal, Pimienta Negra y Perejil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harina para rebozar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3N:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ponemos una cazuela al fuego con aceite de oliva y cuando est\u00e9 caliente le a\u00f1adiremos la cebolla, el pimiento verde y el ajo, todo picado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sofreiremos con el fuego bajo durante unos diez minutos, removiendo para que no se queme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limpiamos las alcachofas quitando las hojas verdes y las cortaremos en cuatro trozos. Las dejaremos en remojo, en un cuenco con agua fr\u00eda, cubitos y perejil que estrujaremos con las manos, y as\u00ed quedar\u00e1n blancas las alcachofas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adiremos las tres cucharadas de tomate frito, daremos unas vueltas y pondremos las alcachofas escurridas y rebozadas con\u00a0 harina. Sofreiremos durante unos tres minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ponemos el vino blanco en la cazuela y una cucharadita de piment\u00f3n rojo dulce y la pimienta. Removeremos para que se mezcle todo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelamos las patatas y las lavamos. Las cortaremos en trozos no muy grandes chasque\u00e1ndolas, es decir con el cuchillo no terminaremos de cortar los trozos sino que las romperemos y oir\u00e9is que hacen un chasquido. As\u00ed sueltan el almid\u00f3n de la patata y se espesar\u00e1 un poco la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n pondremos las patatas y a\u00f1adiremos agua hasta cubrir las patatas. Dejaremos cocer durante unos 15 minutos aproximadamente, vigilando que no falte agua para la cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando las patatas est\u00e9n casi cocidas, a\u00f1adiremos el bacalao a la cazuela. A\u00f1adiremos agua, si es necesario.
